PROCESSING TIME
Pieces T. Anthony Jewelers has in stock currently ship in 1-3 business days. Most of our custom pieces are estimated to require 2-4 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description!
If your order is a rush, please email hello@tanthonyjewelers.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order’s production time.


SHIPPING
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to T. Anthony Jewelers due to multiple failed delivery attempts). If you prefer to come pick up your jewelry in person at our Seattle studio, please select “pickup” in the shipping method at checkout.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Free. Arrives the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ONLINE PURCHASES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase for any “Ready to Wear” jewelry. T. Anthony Jewelers does not provide refunds. If you are unsure of your size or have questions about our pieces, feel free to email or contact our T. Anthony Jewelers team who can guide you in the right direction! All custom jewelry purchases are final. Engraved or embossed products, custom or personalized products (including initials and lettering, custom size) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Additionally, any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is final sale. For more information on warrantee and repair services, please visit the FAQ page on our website.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email hello@tanthonyjewelers.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by T. Anthony Jewelers due to a manufacturing defect. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing or repair by an outside jeweler, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense). T. Anthony Jewelers reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
