Our team begins preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. Processing typically takes between 5-7 business days for ready-to-wear pieces and 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for shipment, along with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Please note all of our jewelry is shipped via FedEx Overnight service and is fully insured. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and require signature upon receipt. In-Person Pickup: Orders may also be picked up at our Kirkland showroom. To do an in-person pickup, simply indicate this preference during checkout.
